What all is included in this subscription?
The Renew Elite Membership includes the entire Renew System for Couples, all of the Renew System activities and worksheets, access to our monthly live Q&A, access to our monthly live webinar, access to our expanding library of media and other resources, and access to our exclusive promos, special offers, discounts, and events. In other words, you get access to it all!
Once I subscribe, how do I access all of the content?
When a couple signs-up for the Renew Elite Membership, they will receive one login to share. This single login can be used by both of them, and will give them both access to everything! We encourage couples to share this login and enjoy all that the membership has to offer.
How will I know when the live events are happening?
We will send out a monthly newsletter to inform our members of the live events, as well as other current resources and offers!
How do I access the live events?
All information needed to access the live events will be provided to you in our member newsletters!
If I miss a the monthly Q&A or the monthly Webinar, am I still able to watch them?
Yes! We will be recording these events and making them available to you through your membership. You will not only be able to go back and watch the ones that you have missed, you will also be able to access our entire history of recorded Q&A's and online webinars!
If I'm unable to attend a Q&A session, am I still able to submit a question?
Yes! Feel free to submit questions to [email protected] and the questions will be addressed in an upcoming Q&A session!
Is my participation in the monthly Q&A sessions and the webinars kept private and confidential?
Our goal at Renew Relationship Counseling is to make the Renew System as accessible as possible to couples everywhere. In order to meet that goal, the monthly Q&A sessions and webinars are recorded and then made available to all current and future Elite Membership subscribers. Additionally, these recordings may be used in part or in full on other public media platforms, including social media platforms. Participation in these live recordings is optional and constitutes your acknowledgement and release of confidentiality and anonymity. Your participation also acknowledges that you will hold Renew Relationship Counseling, Nevin Alderman, and all other related associates harmless for any personal risk associated with that participation.
What is the best way for me to keep my participation in the live Q&A's and Webinars private?
In order to get the most out of your Elite Membership, while also keeping your participation private, we recommend that you submit questions or comments outside of the live session and then watch the recordings of the sessions following each event. That way we can be sure you are getting as much out of the sessions as possible. You may also want to consider opting out of other membership discussion, activities, or events where you may reveal your identity.
Am I required to participate in the live events in order to keep my membership?
No. Feel free to opt in or out of as many of our Elite Member services and resources as you would like! We make them all available to you, and allow you to choose!
Will I be automatically billed each month for my subscription?
Yes, our payment system will bill your credit card automatically each month for as long as you keep your subscription.
If I cancel my subscription, am I still able to access all of the content?
No, only active subscribers are able to access our content. If you cancel your subscription, you will loose all access to our content. However, you are welcome to resubscribe at anytime to again receive full access!
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can simply and easily cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account management page in the menu.
Do you offer refunds on subscription purchases?
We do not offer refunds on our subscription plans. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.
